WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER ABOUT YOU?


Registration for the Vanglaini Services may require that you supply certain personal information, including a unique e-mail address.

To disassociate your Vanglaini registration from third party accounts, please login to your respective social network account and unauthorised the access of Vanglaini to your account. Also, you may need to send an email to contact@vanglaini.org to remove your username, fullname and email from our database as well. However, your previous comments and other submitted data made from your account will still be stored in our server and only Vanglaini holds the rights to delete this data.



BILLING AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION


To enable payment Vanglaini services require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information and other billing information. This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction.


As a subscriber, you are automatically charged at the beginning of every billing cycle. You may end you subscription at any time before the end of your billing cycle and you can still access your subscription till the end of your subscription period.



USER GENERATED CONTENT AND PUBLIC ACTIVITIES


We offer you opportunities to engage in public activities on Vanglaini Services. "Public activities" are any actions you take on Vanglaini.org that are designed to be visible to other users, including comments, recommendations, reader reviews, ratings or any other items that you submit. If you choose to engage in public activities, you should be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these areas, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums and Vanglaini has no responsibility to publish, take down, remove or edit any of your public activities or any of your submissions that are a result of your public activities.


When you share or recommend (with or without adding your own comments) any Vanglaini.org articles or content to your Social Network profile, that action is governed by their respective Privacy Policy. We do not track or store a record of those comments or actions.

If you are a paid subscriber, you will receive our newsletter every morning (except on sunday unless you opted our other digital services) which will contain links to our paid content and a high resolution Portable Document Format(PDF) copy of our daily printed news.

Vanglaini will never send you any other email unless some technical failure for delivery of the daily newsletter. However, in future we may include a promotional offer in our newsletter which may come in separate email but for this situations, you will be notified in advance and your consent will be considered to received those emails or opted it out.

HTML E-Mail. When you sign up to receive e-mail from us, we will despatch emails in an appropriate format of HTML templates. If your devices are not able to access the HTML template, a plain text version will be made available to you automatically.

E-Mails From You. If you send us e-mails, you should be aware that information disclosed in e-mails may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others.
